Rates and Policies


Our fees are based on an hourly service charge.  There is no additional fee for travel time, but we try to keep our commute to under 45 minutes.

Minimum Booking

We require a minimum of 6 hours of relief work, not including lunch, to be booked per day.  Please contact us to negotiate Saturdays if the hospital/clinic is open less than 6 hours. 

After dates are mutually agreed upon, a subcontractor agreement will be emailed to the point of contact.  No work will be scheduled until a signed agreement is returned.


We will send an invoice within 24-48 hours after completion of the last relief shift covered in that week.  Payment is due within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 30 days of the booked date will incur a 50% charge of expected hours.  Cancellation the day of will incur a 100% charge of expected hours.
